Refund policy

Returns

Our return policy is effective for 15 days from the date of delivery. If 15 days have passed since your item was delivered, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Custom-made seat covers upon request will not be subject to return.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Before returning the product, please email us to receive instructions on where to send it back. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Returns for non-defective goods or incorrect size are subject to a Restocking Fee(100ZAR) and any additional costs caused by returning or refusal of the product .

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often a processing period before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one or a different size, please email us at Contact@airflowseatcovers.co.za.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will then be notified about your return.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (when applicable) and the restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary depending on your location.

If you are returning an item , we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
