Shipping and Delivery Policy
I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

Orders:
Shipped via Aramex or Courier Guy Average transit time is 2- 4 working days to major cities, 3–7 working days to outlying areas.
Please note that circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) may cause shipping delays. While most packages arrive on time, delays may occur with our carriers. We do not guarantee exact delivery times; delivery issues are the responsibility of the shipping company.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes, we provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your seat cover is shipped.
If you need help tracking your order, please visit our tracking page. If you encounter issues with tracking, it may take a few days for our shipping partners to update the information. For concerns about your order, contact us directly at Contact@airflowseatcovers.co.za.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order without penalty within 12 hours of placing it. Send an email to Contact@airflowseatcovers.co.za with the subject line "CANCEL." If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have entered an incorrect address, reply to your order confirmation email with the correct information or notify us immediately via email at Contact@airflowseatcovers.co.za. Address corrections can be made within 24 hours.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We ship every item vacuum sealed , but about 1 in 2000 products may arrive damaged due to mail service mishandling. If this happens, please contact us with:
- Your order number.
- A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we will send out a replacement free of charge.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Please note that depending on your country’s customs regulations, you may be charged additional import duties, taxes, or fees upon receiving your order. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we cannot predict or control these costs as they are determined by your local customs office.

- Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you, the recipient.
- We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding these charges before placing an order.
- If customs fees are not paid, your package may be held, returned, or destroyed by customs authorities, and we are not responsible for any losses in such cases.
By completing your purchase, you agree to take responsibility for any applicable duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country.
